For Example, when strength training it is important to track volume of weight moved, so tracking the kgs moved and the reps achieved. Usability is visually pleasing, easy to navigate and even gives you further information to consider pre and post workout, such as intensity level, total of volume in kg moved, readiness scores and more. 

Pro Tip: If you plan to repeat a session week by week, once you HAVE completed a session, you can click the 3 dots at the top corner and “copy paste” the session to the next day that you plan to complete it. This moves the full session, including the weight and reps achieved to the new date so you can then easily see where you can progressively overload on the new session.
