Click & Collect

Question:

Can I get my Click & Collect order straight away?

Answer:

Before coming instore at our Parafield location please wait to be contacted. Our team will need to locate the stock and put it aside for you before it is available for collection. We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.

Question:

Can I transfer my Click & Collect order to be picked up at another store location?

Answer:

Transferring your Click & Collect order to another store is not always possible. If you wish to collect from another store please get in touch with our team first and they will check stock availability for you.

Guarantees

Question:

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Answer:

As one of Australia’s best fitness equipment specialists each customer can have the peace of mind that we sell the highest quality products. You may return any item for credit or exchange for any reason if it is in a resalable condition within 7 days. (This policy does not apply to clearance items, custom made items or 2nd hand equipment.) Sorry, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind”. For more information please refer to our returns policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer:

In-store we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX and direct bank transfer. VISA, Master Card PayPal and AfterPay are available online only. Question:

Is it possible for you to rush my order?

Answer:

Where possible we may be able to meet customer needs for a priority order. Please be aware that extra charges may/will apply for express shipping.

Question:

How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time also depends on your location and the level of service you select. Remote regions will often experience longer shipping times.

Some orders are sent directly from our interstate suppliers, these may incur additional lead times. See more details on our shipping information page.

Question:

I’m having trouble processing my online order.

Answer:

It’s rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and call us directly on (08) 8182 6800, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Australia Time), we will assist you with your checkout. Price Match

Question:

Do you price match?

Answer:

Yes we do. In most cases we can offer a price match. Please provide an official quote and/or proof of the price of the product including shipping charges which will be included in our price match. The product being matched in price must be identical to that of the competitor’s product. Please note, we may not offer a price match on clearance products, combined package deal discounted prices and prices of products that are sold direct from suppliers.

We do not price match with eBay, Gumtree or other websites selling used equipment or factory direct sales. All price matching will always be at the discretion of Fitness Warehouse.

Refunds

Am I entitled to a refund?

Answer:

In all contracts for goods, consumers are protected by the inclusion of a number of statutory conditions and statutory warranties.

Returns

Question:

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased online?

Answer:

Yes, simply contact us via the email inquiries@fitnesswarehouse.com.au describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. Security

Question:

Is this a secure site?

Answer:

Yes, the security of your information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and Secure Payment Gateways to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Fitness Warehouse.

Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. When a customer is making a purchase from the website, the secure payment gateway communicates with the banking network to confirm the validity of the credit card used and the availability of funds.

Shipping

Question:

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Answer:

Only for small items. Bulky and heavier items will be delivered via courier and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Question:

Can you ship my purchase out of Australia?

Answer:

No, unfortunately Fitness Warehouse does not currently provide International Shipping.

Question:

How do you ship?

Answer:

Fitness Warehouse provides shipping via leading Australian couriers like AusPost, TGE and AirRoad: Your shipping time frame will vary depending on your location and the product you have purchased. Some Online Only items are dispatched directly by the supplier.

Special Orders

Question:

What is a 'Special Order' item?

Answer:

Special order items are products that we order in for you. The product itself is warehoused with our supplier. This is generally a smooth process and is facilitated within 3 - 10 business days. In some instances a supplier may be out of stock and the wait period might be slightly longer. We work with you in this circumstance to either keep you constantly updated, issue a refund or find a suitable relacement item for the same price.
