The Xpeed Lat Pull Down Bar Cable Attachment is a commercial grade cable attachment that features a revolving eyelet, a knurled grip for performance and stylish matte black finish. Xpeed cable attachments are made to be compatible with any machine with a cable attachment to help you train to your maximum.
The revolving centre eyelet provides a smooth rotation during exercise. In addition, this revolving pull down bar provides the user with the option of tricep pushdowns, straight arm pull downs, bicep curls as well as wide grip rows and pulldowns.
