This FID bench adjusts from decline to flat to incline positions and is also great to use with most squat racks, cages and smith machines. Designed with high volume use in mind this adjustable bench can handle session after session. The two sturdy foot pads allow the user to feel safe and secure whilst using this gym bench in a decline position for decline presses.

What's the benefit of decline presses?

In a decline bench press, the bench is set to 15 to 30 degrees on a decline angle. This angle places your upper body on a downward slope, which activates the lower pectoral muscles as you push weights away from your body. Therefore, the decline bench press is a fantastic exercise for strengthening your lower chest muscles.
