Fitness Warehouse provides Standard National Curbside Delivery using leading Australian Couriers. Your shipping time frame will vary depending on the method chosen, your location and the product you have purchased. Some items may be dispatched directly to you by our supplier. 

Change of Mind / Cancellations

• Orders may sometimes be cancelled before dispatch, but approval is at our discretion.

• A 7% cancellation fee may apply to cover transaction and admin costs.

• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; see our Returns Policy below.

The cost of shipping your order is calculated at checkout. You can discover freight costs for purchases of multiple items by simply adding all of the products to your cart, the shipping calculator at checkout will then determine the costs.

For regional deliveries our most often used courier is AirRoad. Fitness Warehouse does not currently provide International Shipping.

Delivery T&C’s

• Deliveries from Fitness Warehouse have Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. It is your responsibility to advise us;
  • If there is a preferred location you wish to have the item left
  • If you do not give permission for ATL
  • If the address is a business address, as we will need operating hours and the name of the building.
  • If you would like to arrange an alternative delivery method.
  • Responsibility of goods transfers to the recipient after delivery to the nominated address. 
  • Fitness Warehouse is not liable for any loss, theft or damage after delivery under ATL.
• Please note that all national deliveries from Fitness Warehouse are provided as curbside delivery only.
  • If you require your item to be left in a specific location, it is your responsibility to advise Fitness Warehouse before the item is dispatched.
  • Specialised deliveries that are beyond standard curbside may incur additional fees.
  • If the courier deems that there is no safe place to leave the item, or should there be any delivery obstructions - including but not limited to stairs, steep driveways, low-hanging trees, lifts, or any other impediment - our third party freight courier reserves the right to take the shipment to the nearest local depot. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering any additional fees required for the final delivery. If the customer chooses not to pay these additional fees, they risk forfeiting their original freight cost. Additionally, any freight return costs incurred by Fitness Warehouse will be deducted from the customer's purchase value.
• All items will have a shipping cost unless otherwise stated or are part of a free shipping promotion. The cost of freight varies for each customer depending on their location. 
• We do not deliver large or heavy items to PO boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, we may contact you to request a physical address. If one cannot be provided, your order will be refunded as per our change of mind/cancellation policy.
• Deliveries will be made from Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm only.
• If you choose to opt out of ATL and you are not be home when delivery is attempted, you may be required to pick up your delivery from the freight company's closest depot. In some instances this may involve a redelivery by the courier, incurring a fee depending on the size of your order.
• Upon confirmation of dispatch we will email you tracking details which will help give you a rough estimation of delivery time. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.
• Promotional campaigns, including but not limited to discounted or free shipping offers, may exclude certain regional and remote locations. Fitness Warehouse reserves the right to cancel the order or apply additional freight charges where required and will contact customers prior to dispatch if this applies.
• If you wish to return an item please refer to our return policy. Freight and delivery costs for returns are passed onto the customer.
• Free shipping promo applies to Mainland Australia only

• Customers should check that the number of cartons received matches the quantity shown on the carrier’s consignment note as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
  For deliveries requiring a signature, any carton shortages must be noted on the carrier’s consignment note at the time of delivery.
  Any short delivery or missing cartons must be reported to Fitness Warehouse within 7 days of delivery, otherwise we may be unable to lodge or follow up on the shortage with the courier.
