Do you price match?
Yes we do. In most cases we can offer a price match. Please provide an official quote and/or proof of the price of the product including shipping charges which will be included in our price match. The product being matched in price must be identical to that of the competitor’s product. Please note, we may not offer a price match on clearance products, combined package deal discounted prices and prices of products that are sold direct from suppliers.
We do not price match with eBay, Gumtree or other websites selling used equipment or factory direct sales. All price matching will always be at the discretion of Fitness Warehouse.
I’m having trouble processing my online order.
It’s rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and call us directly on (08) 8182 6800, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Australia Time), we will assist you with your checkout. What is a 'Special Order' item?
Special order items are products that we order in for you. The product itself is warehoused with our supplier. This is generally a smooth process and is facilitated within 3 - 10 business days. In some instances a supplier may be out of stock and the wait period might be slightly longer. We work with you in this circumstance to either keep you constantly updated, issue a refund or find a suitable relacement item for the same price.
I did not get a confirmation email for my order.
Once you’ve completed your order at the checkout your confirmation email will be sent to the nominated email address from your ‘customer’ or ‘guest’ account. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder so be sure to double check those folders.
If you need confirmation of your order resent to you, please contact us on (08) 8182 6800.
You will also receive a completed order email with tracking information when your order has been picked, packed and shipped from our facility.
How do you ship?
Fitness Warehouse provides two shipping options via our partners Startrack Express and Fastway: Your shipping time frame will vary depending on the method chosen, your
location and the product you have purchased. Some larger, heavier items will only be able to have the priority and standard shipping options due to their impractical nature.

Can I transfer my Click & Collect order to be picked up at another store location?
No. Due to high order volume the only location for Click & Collect orders is our Parafield Store. This policy was put in place after the first Coronavirus outbreak in March and April. It ensures Fitness Warehouse maintains tight control of stock levels for online orders, minimises the potential for errors and streamlines the process for you and us.
Can I get my Click & Collect order straight away?
Before coming instore at our Parafield location please wait to be contacted. Our team will need to locate the stock and put it aside for you before it is available for collection. We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.
Can you ship my purchase out of Australia?
No, unfortunately Fitness Warehouse does not currently provide International Shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time also depends on your location and the level of service you select. Remote regions will often experience longer shipping times.
With the exception of a few special orders which are sent directly from our interstate suppliers, the majority of orders are sent from our Adelaide warehouses. See more details on our shipping information page.
Is it possible for you to rush my order?
Where possible we are able to meet customer needs for a priority order. Please be aware that extra charges may/will apply for express shipping.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased online?

Am I entitled to a refund?
In all contracts for goods, consumers are protected by the inclusion of a number of statutory conditions and statutory warranties.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Instore we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX and direct bank transfer. VISA, Master Card PayPal, Afterpay and Zip are available online only. Due to security reasons we no longer

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Only for small items. Bulky and heavier items will be delivered via courier and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Is this a secure site?
Yes, the security of your information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and Secure Payment Gateways to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Fitness Warehouse.
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. When a customer is making a purchase from the website, the secure payment gateway eWAY communicates with the banking network to confirm the validity of the credit card used and the availability of funds.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
As one of Australia’s best fitness equipment specialists each customer can have the peace of mind that we sell the highest quality products. You may return any item for credit or exchange for any reason if it is in a resellable condition within 7 days.
